The look like the H&M boots that were sold in store this autumn/winter. It could be that H&M just has an extremely similar pair...but they really look identical (neither is made of genuine leather, shows in the photo above). I am sure there are still H&M stores that carry them! They've been available in store since September/October as far as I can remember
